A starting fee covers up to two stages of an assignment, for example sourcing and shortlisting, then interviews and offer. Roles that need more stages, such as writing the job description, assessments or background checks, are priced above the starting fee. Recruitment is separate from the Managed People and Payroll fee.

How long does a typical search take?
It depends on the role and its seniority. We agree realistic timelines with you upfront and update you at every stage.
Do you handle executive search?
Yes. Executive and senior roles start from KES 50,000 (the higher of that minimum or 50% of one month's gross salary), and hard-to-source or confidential searches are quoted individually.
What does recruitment cost?
Standard and professional roles start from KES 15,000 per role. Existing Scorelian clients (managed and retainer) pay from KES 10,000 per role. A starting fee covers up to two stages of an assignment, and roles that need more stages are priced above it. We agree the price in writing before we start.
What counts as a stage?
A stage is a step in the assignment, for example sourcing and shortlisting, then interviews and offer. Writing the job description, assessments and background checks are extra stages and are priced above the starting fee.
Can we advertise a vacancy ourselves?
Yes. You can post a vacancy on the shared jobs board and collect CVs with your own application form. It is free during our launch period.
